Learning from Guru / Claeys

Prof. Clayes is considered one of the emerging new management guru. He is Professor IESEG Business School, management department (HRM and OB) and guest Prof. Leadership, Spirituality and Professional Integrity at University of Leuven (Belgium). In the past he has been Academic director of a leadership development initiative in health care institutions (in collaboration with Kuleuven and RSM), Adj. Prof. Antwerp Management School (Belgium), focus on ethics and leadership and Lecturer Artevelde, Ghent University College (Belgium).

He has estensively published in top Journal like Human Resources Management Review and Academic Management Journal and has written 3 books.
