This two-day executive education programme explores how Artificial Intelligence and related emerging technologies are reshaping competition, innovation, and leadership in the modern business landscape.

Day 1 introduces participants to the AI frontier through expert-led sessions on machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, followed by applications in marketing, advertising, and geopolitics. Insights from academia and industry – including Google UK – help leaders grasp how AI is transforming industries, economies, and the global balance of power.

Day 2 focuses on application and organisational readiness. Through interactive workshops led by international experts, participants will explore how AI is reshaping business models, operations, and value creation. The day culminates with a practical design exercise in which executives develop roadmaps for building organisational capability and resilience in the face of AI-driven disruption.

• Assess the strategic implications of AI for business models, markets, and geopolitics.

Attending the training programme is free of charge.
