This programme is designed for board members and aspiring board members who are dealing with governance issues related to sustainability, diversity and inclusion, emerging technologies, generational differences in the workforce, and the transformation of their business.
This short course looks at integrating these themes into business strategy and building a competitive advantage. The course is designed to expose participants to the latest relevant theories, well-researched case studies and interactive sessions aimed at developing the analytical skills of participants.

By the end of the course, attendees will:

• Understand the latest thinking on corporate sustainability and relate them to corporate goals

During the first day, participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge with UCL Professors (at lunchtime) and interact with Senior Guest Speakers and business leaders at the end of the day.

Participation in both training days is completly free of charge.
Please note that travel, lodging and Social Dinner costs are at the expense of the participant.
