The main goal of the Advanced Executive Education program is to offer participants of the CFMT Executive Master and executives from the service sector a unique international learning experience — designed to support their professional and personal growth.
This exclusive program has been developed in partnership with LUM School of Management and IÉSEG School of Management, an institution accredited by AMBA, AACSB, and EQUIS, and renowned for its outstanding international faculty.

The program consists of three two-day workshops, held in Paris at the IÉSEG School of Management, within a truly international and multicultural environment.
Each workshop explores innovative topics and addresses the most critical challenges that managers will face in the future, guided by an international faculty and enriched by diverse global perspectives.

All sessions will be conducted in English.

To foster dynamic interaction and cross-cultural dialogue, each workshop will include executives from different countries.

The Advanced Executive Education program is primarily designed for professionals who have already completed the CFMT Executive Master.

To enrich classroom discussions, each course will include the participation of top managers with diverse backgrounds from different countries, fostering an engaging and cross-cultural learning environment.

Due to the international dimension of the program and the presence of participants from multiple nations, the number of attendees is limited to a maximum of 20 to ensure an interactive and high-quality learning experience.

The courses are also open to CFMT member managers who have not yet attended the Executive Master program.
Applications will be evaluated based on the number and quality of submissions received.

All participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance for each module completed.

Participation in the training program is completely free of charge.
Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of each participant.
