Overview

In today’s complex and globalized business environment, managing teams and negotiations across borders demands more than technical competence it requires cultural fluency, emotional intelligence, and self awareness. At the same time, there is a need for new leaders who can strike the right balance between well being and work performance, and who can inspire their teams through the art of captivation.
This executive education programme “The Frontiers of Management” is designed specifically for middle managers and executives in the services sector who operate in international settings and want to explore new trends and fresh perspectives on the role of leadership, suited to an evolving
context.
Through a series of four engaging webinars, participants will deepen their understanding of leadership in multicultural and complex contexts, enhance their ability to manage global teams effectively, and develop advanced negotiation skills attuned to cross cultural dynamics and soft skills to be a better leader for a better world.
