The training programme will be delivered in english starting on Sunday nov. 24th through Tuesday nov. 26th and will be organized as follows:

- Morning Sessions: Classroom sessions led by top-notch UCL School of Management professors, offering theoretical and strategic insights into the future of retail.

- Afternoon Sessions: Retail safari, exploring some of the most iconic stores in London. Participants will engage in discussions with top managers of these stores, gaining real-world insights and understanding the practical application of morning sessions.

Biografia
Giuseppe Stigliano is a thought leader and sought-after keynote speaker on Marketing, Leadership, Digital Transformation, and Corporate Innovation. Giuseppe is also the co-author of the best-selling Retail 4.0: 10 Guiding Principles for the Digital Age, co-written in 2018 with internationally renowned marketing expert Philip Kotler and the Co-author of Onlife Fashion: 10 Rules for the Future of High-end Fashion. As the Global CEO of Spring, he guides a team of 200 talents in their London, New York, Los Angeles, and Milan offices. Before joining Spring, he spent 9 years with WPP as the CEO at Wunderman Thompson Italy and Executive Director of Europe at AKQA. Prior to this, he co-founded two start-ups and earned a PhD in Marketing and Economics. Giuseppe is also an Adjunct Professor of Retail Entrepreneurship at UCL School of Management.

Paolo Taticchi is a Professor in Strategy and Sustainability & School Deputy Director at UCL School of Management. Highly active in executive education, Paolo has trained thousands of managers and executives of Fortune Global 500 companies. Paolo’s research is internationally recognised. Paolo also has significant consultancy experience in strategy, education, and sustainability. Today, he advises influential organisations and is one of the scientific advisors of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition in Italy. He has received numerous awards for the impact of his work. His projects, quotes and opinions have been featured over 350 times in international media outlets. In 2021, Paolo was indicated by Italian’s leading business daily, Sole 24 Ore, as the most influential Italian under 40.

Massimo Volpe, has almost twenty years of experience in International Retail organizations, learning and innovation. POPAI Italian country manager in 2007, He became Director for the European office in 2012, and Global VP In 2014. In 2015, he moved to New York and took the role of Chairman of the international office of the National Retail federation (the American retail association) In 2020 He founded Retail Hub, the first A.I. platform dedicated to help retail tech startups on their way to become Scale-ups and Unicorns. In addition, he is a member of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Open Voice Commerce Commission and lecturer at Bocconi University. Awarded as one of the top 100 retail Influencers He is currently based between New York and London, but you can easily meet him in airports, on his way to study and test the latest Retail technology and trend somewhere around the world.
