In this module we will discover, unlock and develop your leadership talent.
We launch this advanced, international executive education programme with a personal leadership development journey: understanding your core values and drivers while becoming aware of your own, authentic leadership style.

This will allow you to explore and develop a more all-round, executive leadership style.

We also use a validated leadership compass to help find directions in your organization.

Through an experiential design, your commitment to grand targets in personal life will be aligned with the organizational vision, in order to become a force for positive change within your company. Although this module will be challenging, it will give you the energy and clarity to start leading from within and prepare you for the next step in your career development.
