This three-hour module, “Leading in a Multicultural Context,” focuses on the challenges and opportunities of managing global teams. Participants will explore how cultural differences shape leadership styles, compare their own approaches with others, and discuss the balance between competition and cooperation. After a short break, the session will address conflict management and team dysfunctions, providing practical insights for more effective international leadership.
