This three-hour module, “Negotiating in a Multicultural Context,” focuses on developing cultural fluency in cross-border negotiations. Participants will learn to move from fixed positions to curiosity-driven dialogue, recognize the impact of assumptions and cultural differences, and enhance their ability to communicate, persuade, and build trust across cultures.
